The Company develops, owns, operates and franchises quick-service Checkers® and Rally’s® double drive-thru restaurants. Our Development Agreement (DA) offers you the opportunity to develop new restaurants in major cities in the country. We also have single restaurant opportunities in several selected markets.

Checkers/Rally’s® provides a proven operating system, creative and effective marketing and advertising programs, real estate site selection assistance, construction support, a dedicated purchasing staff and on-going operations support from our Franchise Business Consultants

Our financial guidelines require you to have $400,000 in net worth and $150,000 in liquidity. We are looking for both dedicated individuals with prior restaurant/business experience and large QSR operators.

The Initial franchise fee is just $30,000 for a twenty (20) year term. The on-going royalties are a low 4% of sales while your minimum advertising expense is 5% of sales. For qualified Veterans we participate in the International Franchise Association’s Vet Fran Program. Also, new incentive programs are available for qualified applicants!!

Alternative Building Formats

In addition to our famous double drive-thru building, we have recently developed two new building designs to meet the needs of new and existing franchisees. We have introduced a design for a shopping plaza end-cap unit with a single drive-thru, as well as an in-line design. Both of these building formats feature indoor seating and counter service. Estimated to fit in approximately 1800 to 2100 square feet of space, the end-cap and in-line units each feature Checkers/Rally’s distinctive black and white checkerboard design with red accents.
